The Rio Vista Medical Arts Center is an approved 15,000 square foot medical facility to be constructed as a ambulatory surgery center, urgent care center, and medical office facility. The center is located at 31 Columbia Turnpike in Florham Park, New Jersey. Commencement of construction for the facility is scheduled for the first quarter of 2008 with an expected tenant occupancy in 2009.
