The 40 unit Rio Vista commons is an elegant residential townhouse community located a few blocks from the center of town in Cresskill, Bergen County, New Jersey. The challenge in developing this property was to assemble both private and municipally owned properties required for the project. Rio Vista designed the townhouses as maintenance free units that range in size from 2,000 square feet to 2,500 square feet with garages. The entire development was constructed and sold out in one phase over an eighteen-month period, with conventional financing and private equity.
