Diane Van Grouw has joined Rio Vista as a legal secretary with many years of experience. Diane focuses on permit and registration applications to various local, county and state agencies in connection with our office and residential development projects. Diane will coordinate closings and interface with customers and their attorneys in the Rio Vista tradition of excellence in customer service.
